The contaminants are continuously added to the system by external ingress or internal generation. This calls for round the clock filtration and hence Offline Filter Units run 24/365 to sustain the oil purity which is the prime requirement for any closed system.

We are able to remove contaminants and clean most of industrial oils, including but not limited to, Hydraulic, Gear, Turbine, Water Glycol, Quench Oil, with the help our indigenously designed Offline Filter Units.

As a thumb rule the entire oil of a system should pass through our filter elements 4 to 6 times in 24 hours, so as to sustain oil cleanliness.

Additional Features & Customisations

Apart from the above, we are also able to add on extra gadgets on demand to suit individual requirements of a system. For example - if ferrous particles are the major contaminants - a powerful magnet is added. Similarly, for gear oil cleaning additional housing with filter elements are required. Of course, the filter elements differ, due to different viscosity and individual properties of oil.
